Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and acquire new customers in the region.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing local and regional customers.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with business objectives.

• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.

• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.

• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products.

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Proven track record in international sales, preferably in the polymer or plastics industry.

• Strong understanding of masterbatches and polymer compounds.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel extensively within the region.

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
